Yes. it is normal. Actually they don't suck up, but the scrota get hard, so push them up. Most men don't realize that because... who is touching his balls when ejaculating? I know that happens because i know how my body works.

It is normal, that's one indication that the guy is ejaculating when the scrotum contracts. It goes up close to the body then once you're done it will go back to it's resting state.
