You were a great wrestler nothing that youdo now can ever change that. but are behaving badly it's a good sign that you are not seemingly happy with your present lifestyle, and activity.
If you have an alcohol problem hit it head on & change it. Alcoholics anonymous is one way, psychological councelling is another avenue for help & change.
You may have a condition called episodic rage. (it oftens goes with Attention Deficite hyperactivity disorder, A.D.H.D. I've got that condition. A person is born with it and it's lifelong). The good news is that medication can usually bring grea positive changes, and chill us out). It worls for me.
Retiring from a career that had a high activity level and a lot of aggression is very difficult to do. It can be done I seem to be on the right track. (ex-special forces). But your buddies, that are in the same situation can be a real asset.
Also, you may a condition that is not as complicated as the above conditions, which anger management training/couselling can help big time.
Also, lack of self esteem and self worth can cause a lot of the negative behaviour. That problem can, also, be turned around.
Get it diagnosed and "get with the program". Never forget you do not lose any points calling for backup. The best and bravest do that and still stand tall. (that includes some of the best warriors I've met in my life.)
Even the longest journey starts with a first step.
Stand up soldier and start walking to a better, happier life.
