George W is just a finger puppet for Dick Cheney and couldn't tie his own shoelaces,but if the people of the United States don't say something he will do whatever he likes.He should be impeached and if that doesn't work ,God help the entire planet.

No one person can rewrite the Constitution, nor alter it without going through the proper means as stated in the Constitution. Of course if the political elite want to try, then some of us that believe in the Constitution might might opt to activate the 2nd Amendment solution.
