Here's the deal, you can't make anybody do anything. We, meaning all people, have free will. Meaning we can make our own decisions and choices. Your friend chooses not to reply. Don't force it.. a friendship, if it is a true friendship should never be forced.
Suggestion - when writing ask questions that need answers. If you don't get a response it will be your 'choice' on whether to continue writing or not. These things cannot be forced.

If your friend is realy mad it would be very difficult to make him reply you...
Try to remember him on some beautiful moments that you spend together with him, say him that nothin' on this world is not important like yours friendship!!!

Sounds like you are stalking him, leave him alone.....and he might email you. You don't "need" him to answer you ....you "want" him to answer you, sounds like you did something to piss him off leave him alone and let him cool, no one likes to be haunted by emails. If he is truely a friend he will contact you.
