If you broke up with him, then why would you stop being her friend? They might have some attraction to one another. Why can't you be happy for them instead of being jealous?

Your best friend is NOT your best friend. If she really was your friend, she would NOT go out with your ex-boyfriend. Friends do not go out with friend's leftovers, and she should've respected your feelings. Have you spoken to her about this? If you haven't, tell it like it is. Boys come and go, but friends are forever. It is up to you to decide if you still want her in your life or cut her loose and find new friends. If you decide to tell it like it is, make sure that you're honest and tell her how you really feel. Friends should be there for each other, not go out with their leftovers.

that ex boyfriend is only one of the many that you will break up with or have break up with you
so how many friends do you want to keep as you grow older? you cannot ditch everyone because they are now dating one of your ex's.
i guess it depends on how important friendship is to you
