im 12 and im tall im usually always the tallest one in my class and i have a feeling my legs are fat so im wondering how can i get them skinnier and fast

Relax Jenna, I'll bet you are just perfect except in your own mind. Skinny does not mean healthy.

The best way to look your best is to eat good food and fruits especially. Get plenty of exercise such as walking & stretching. Walk for an hour every day and before you know it, your legs will be gorgeous.

Tall girls also tend to be shy about being tall. ENJOY being tall. Be sure to stand straight and don't hide. This will be your best physical asset in life.

Slow down, don't put all the focus on your looks. You are 12 and have alot to learn. Nothing comes fast! Especially when it comes to changing our body's weight and or appearance (as in muscle definition). This will take time, but you can do it with persistence.

Any number of inner thigh and outer hip exercises done consistently will tone and trim your legs. Good Luck.

ur legs can't be fat unless u ARE fat but u could do mountain climbers or leg lifts that mite help

there is no "sure fire way" to get legs skinny fast- exercise and diet will help you lose weight all over

like i said before dont worry about it but i have that problem also get a dance mat that is what i have it works

you should make them more muscular so it looks like you're in great shape... skinny isn't always.the best

i would do a bike ride every morning. I have that problem too.
