Yup, but that only gets in the way of good thought and meaningful discussion if we're unaware of our biases. We all know we're biased, but the tricky thing is honestly and bravely discovering what those biases are and why so we can move on.

Since biases are generally based upon either what we're taught by someone else or what we experience first hand, I think it's impossible not to have any biases whatsoever.

I know of no one who doesn't dislike someone or something at least a little. No matter how open minded you are, there will be, at some point in your life, something or someone you encounter that you find something offensive about. That is bias.

Yes I think we are . We tend to go with what we are brought up with and are familiar with. If our parents were opened minded chances are we will be too. But if they were narrow minded and spoke badly of another person or race or religion that was instilled in us as children. Its not till we go out on our on and have our on experiences in life that we can form new enlightened opinions for ourselves. Some go to the armed services ,others go to a college away from where we were brought up . It gives us a better outlook at life as a whole I think. We can think outside the box and then see others in a different way.

Yes, this is because not all of the information we are given is correct, no all the life experience we have are collective of the people we have them with, and people are emotional involved in everyday matters and routines which means emotion over clouds logic.

Yes. It's human nature. No matter how much someone claims to be unbiased, it's untrue. Nobody can completely put personal opinion and preference aside.
