Muslim

I used to be a muslim and a lot of the women muslims would wear this so men wouldn't find them attractive which is also why muslim women were head scarves.

and with the burqua it covers all of the womans sexy features except her eyes which you can barely see, so the story is that the men don't think twice about talking or looking at them and so that they find them as unattractive as possible.

I used to wear a head scarve and it is warm yes, espically in the summer but it does PROTECT YOUR HAIR FROM GETTING DAMAGED BY THE SUN AND IN THE WINTER IT ALSO PROTECTS YOUR HAIR FROM THE DAMAGE OF THE WEATHER.

soz bout caps not the key and it broke, fixed now.

I think it looks hot. I mean, especially since many of these people live in hot climates. Now that its summer time, and I am reminded what suffocating heat feels like, I think I wouldn't be comfortable with all that material over my head and face. I think also that it looks like it would get in the way of everyday activities, like hauling water, carrying children, that women usually are burdened with doing. I mean, doesn't it look like it would just get in the way?

At the same time, if I lived in a savage society where I could be beaten, raped, or stoned at any moment, I might welcome the anonymity it provided, and the way it keeps a person from standing out from the other women...there is nothing they can use to single you out from the others around you.

The first thing that comes to my mind is "Why would this woman subject herself to this?" I think it's humiliating for a woman to have to dress like this to go out in public. It's worse than slavery!

I think of oppresion. Those poor women forced to wear head to toe coverings in Middle Eastern heat! No wonder so many are lunatics, they've fried their brains from the heat and gone insane.Women in Islamic culture have less rights than dogs and donkeys(koran says so) Women in islamic society can be KILLED for being raped! Women in islamic society have NO rights, if the man says jump, she better jump. Barbaric culture should have died with the dinosaur, but it's alive and well in islamic culture.

Just another form of dress. If the woman wants to wear it she is entitled to. Kind of looking at extremely fat women (I mean obese) wearing boy shorts and tank tops (sic).

I think, there goes a human being that does not enjoy basic human rights.

It's tragic what they do to their women.
