Go to internet options: select tools (if using Firefox) go to Options, then Go to Location: Make my home page (type in http://www.concast.com) Apply and save.

If you want a worry-free browser that saves the changes without worrying about malicious attacks on your home page (that can be a sign that a trojan or virus is attacking your computer) and redirecting your home page. Happened to me using Internet explorer, has not happened EVER using Firefox.

To change your homepage go to Tools->Internet Options. The first option will be to set your homepage. If you are at the page, you can click use current page.
