I asked this 2 days ago but I want to hear more opinions..So thanks in advance for those of you who choose to answer.
What does someone from your past (like an ex) wearing white from head to toe and looking about 3 years younger mean in a dream? We were in an outside setting and it was sunny out..He was walking and looking back while chuckling and I was watching him..He was walking by himself while his friends were calling for him. What does this mean in a dream?? He was also almost glowing..

I do not know the situation or circumstances of this person in your life now or in the past. However, if it were me I would look at what specific location he was in, the people who were calling to him (were they people you knew to be his friends in life, or was it merely and assumption?) All of these things will affect the interpretation of the dream as a whole. The white, younger, glowing thing...well, it does sound terribly theological, but those are things that are usually attributed to Jesus Christ. From the Judeo-Christian point of view that could indicate that this person is someone who may be able to save you from a bad situation or that you still have seriously unresolved issues. As corny as it sounds, perhaps some kind of event or happenstance in your life has now made you see him in a different light; you may be perceiving him under new circumstances. The only definitive thing I can tell you is that he will be figuring into your life again soon.
Begin keeping a notepad next to your bed and writing down ever aspect of your dreams when you awaken and the details are still clear in your mind. Having a journal like this will help you to see patterns in your dreams and may give you further insight on what your unconscious psyche is trying to tell you.

Were you sad? Were you happy? Were you jealous? Content? Secure, scared, angry, remorseful, regretful, understanding? Images in your dream are one thing, but feelings go a longer way in telling you what the dream was about. You can't ask the same EXACT question 3 times without adding different details to it and expect a different result - that's the definition of a drug addict or an alcoholic. You would think that after typing the same question the 3rd time you would've given an answerer more details to better assist you.

Thank you for the details. It's clear to me now:

You need a shrink, lol.

Could be a "knight in white shining armour thing". Or maybe your subconscious is merely telling you to take on the attitude [towards life] that this "man in white" has.

White is the color of innocence and purity. You don't say when you broke up and how long you had been together. Might be that three years ago it was really the best period of your relationship. Three years ago you might have known nothing unpleasant about him or might have experienced not many problems. So his wearing all white in your dream and looking three years younger represents the ideal of intimate relationships for you in general. Probably, now you are alone/lonely or things are not going smoothly in your personal life and subconsciously you are longing for the beautiful connection you once had with you ex-boy-friend (or maybe it's a completely idealized picture in your dream); however his friends (his life/ duties/ etc.) are calling for him - you know, subconsciouly, you cannot have him back. A sad dream, but it's all about your present emotional state.

It is hard to interpret a dream without more information about you and your relationship to the person you are dreaming about. The most obvious interpretation is the person is changing his lifestyle, and/or gained new success and is leaving his old friends (including you) behind. Seeing him in white and glowing would represent that you know this is the best thing for him to do.

well according to freud, isn't everyone in your dreams supposed to represent your self? So if you take it from that standpoint maybe you're reflecting on who you've become, which parts of you have split from others and which are no longer important to you, and it sounds good, because you're glowing.

It probably doesn't mean anything except that you were thinking about him before you fell asleep. You may not have known you were thinking about him, but somewhere in the back of your mind you were.

MAYBE YOU HAVE BEEN WONDERING HOW HE IS DOING LATELY WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT AND YOUR DREAM IS TRYING TO INDICATE THAT WITH THE DREAM HIM IN WHITE THAT IS IS AT HAPPINESS AND PURE FREE OF HARM AND HAS A LIFE OF HIS OWN.

I DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND DREAMS MYSELF. I DREAM A LOT AND HAVE READ A LOT ABOUT THEM. MAYBE YOUR DREAM IS THERE TO HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING YOU ARE FACING.
