Sometimes powdered detergents don't dissolve very well and will be on your clothes when the cycle finishes. So we prefer to use the liquid. I hope this helps.

Powder or Liquid doesnt really make a difference its the ingredients in them that causes harm to the environment. Most laundry detergents available will contain phosphates and other chemicals that harm the environment. As an alternative you can buy completely organic liquid and powder detergents that are completely organic and made from natural products - no phosphates & chemicals. Better for your clothes, better for you and better for the environment.

I use both. I find liquid detergent better for silky materials. Hot water is important for soap powder to dissolve.

Having used Powder for millions of years, we eventually switched to Concentrated Liquid. After a lot of trial and error, I can honestly say that it is exceptionally good for hand washes and very good with the washing machine................

I use liquid, years ago we had problems with our septic tank getting plugged up where it goes from the house to the tank, and the plumber told me to use liquid laundry soap and dishwashing soap and it will dissolve better and not gunk up your plumbing.

Yes, especially if you do your laundry in cold water (sometimes the powdered stuff doesn't dissolve). I'm happy with the results I get using Wisk. :)

Its no better, but I do this, set water on low, then add either one, close lid, let it run a few minutes, 1 or 2, that will disolve it well, then reset the water level, add the clothes-
