Spray tan is fake - but gives a good all over naturally tanned look and sun bed is when your trying to get your own skin tanned. I'd recommend the spray tan will cover up your sun spots for sure

sun beds will only make it worse, especialy when they damage the skin more then the sun does.
with a spray tan you can go realy dark and it acts a bit like a foundation cos it will cover up almost any marks.
and most importantly its safe to your skin.

p.s i have to add what "jakers" said is not true at all!
the sun and sun beds are what will damage your skin and course premature ageing and skin cancer!!!
a spray tan may only course an allergic reaction but ive never experienced one and they will do a skin test on you before they do your hole body. i think fake tans were proberly invented so people could be brown with out damaging their skin.
any doctor or dermatologist would tell you to use fake tans rather than getting a real tan, ask your doctor or even local pharmacy and they will be able to confirm what ive said.
i take good care of my skin and that is why i would NEVER get a real tan. only fake ones for me!

Spray tan is a lot safer than a sun bed, fake tan goes on evenly if you go to a salon and get St Tropez or spray on tan.

I would go and have a spray tan done, tanning beds for skin cancer are really bad for your skin.
I just had surgery twice this year for Basal skin cancer and soon I will look like swiss cheese.

(Basal cells are small, round skin cells normally found in the outermost layer of your skin (called the epidermis). When these cells become cancerous, they grow out of control, and typically turn into small skin tumors that sometimes destroy skin and nearby tissues. This can be especially devastating if a basal cell cancer develops on the face, where it can cause disfigurement, and can interfere with the function of the eyelids and mouth. Basal cell tumors rarely spread (metastasize) or cause death.)

Previous studies have shown that people exposed to full-body tanning salon sessions have a significant increase in skin repair proteins typically associated with sun damage, and that women who frequent tanning parlors have a greater incidence of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer.

neither would cover the sunspots but if you use a good spray tan it will make you look darker. Try Doves new energy glow lotion it should have you looking darker with in a week. Don't get cheap ones you'll look like a carrot.

The difference between sunbeds and spray tans?
Sunbeds can kill you, spray tans stink. I'd go with the former, no-one likes people who smell.

to finish off those sun spots get a spray tan. its cheaper, safer, and looks natural. tanning beds tend to make u orange or a brownish orange.
