All MTV seems to show now is all the Read World vs Road Rule Challenges like the current Fresh Meat. I miss the old Road Rules shows. My favorite season was the first one with Mark and Kit. What ever happened to the people from that season?

Yeah, they cancelled it. That's why they have the "Fresh Meat" challenge on now, because they ran out of road rules people to pit against real worlders.
