Unfortunately, being pregnant doesn't get us out of cleaning! Most chemicals (including bleach) are fine, but always try to use them in a well-ventilated area for caution. NEVER EVER mix ammonia and bleach products as together they cause fatal fumes.

Since you're in your first trimester, this is the time to be most cautious so if something seems extra strong or bothers you at all, I'd stay away. Best wishes for a happy, healthy baby!

Gosh, I'd check with my doctor about using cleaning chemicals all day long. In a lot of instances, you can use white vinegar just as you would use bleach. It kills germs just like bleach. You can also use baking soda to scrub bathtubs, etc. You can mix white vinegar with water to clean mirrors and glass. I find that using microfiber cloths are a big help, though I don't clean for a living. Congratulations and best wishes on your baby.

It won't harm the baby if you are just cleaning with it...
If it does make you dizzy or something, clean with it in a well ventilated area....
Always remember!-Don't mix the bleach with ammonia or possibly other chemicals while you are cleaning-Those vapors in result are harmful and deadly....

There are actually a lot of chemicals you will want to stay away from. Fumes can be bad. Check with your doctor.

You should only use bleach to wash laundry.
I don't think it can harm the baby.

never use bleach on colored fabrics & never ever mix bleach with ammonia. This would create chlorine gas & could kill you.
