1) 6 days after ovulation, I had a very light brown discharge (colour of honey) that lasted 1 hour
2) tender breasts
3) mild cramps in my stomach and abdomen.
4) burning sensation near my navel
5) temperature of 98.3 - 10 DPO
Should i wait for a pregnancy test ? I am supposed to get period on 4th July.

This is a tricky one, because the early signs of pregnancy are very similar to the signs of an impending menstration. You do have some signs of pregnancy, but they could also be the signs of the impending menstartion.
A urine pregnancy test can determne apositive pregnancy 12-15 days form conception. Some say that they will work before you have missed a period, but this is only true in women who create a high level of the pregnancy hormone, HcG. Since you don;t know how much your body will produce, i recommend waiting until you have missed your period. This way, you dont get a false negative. (2 days after a missed period is usually a good time to test.) When taking a urine test, take it first thing in the morning, because the first morning's urine will contain the most pregnancy hormones if you are pregnant. If you are axious to know sooner, then i recommend taking a blood pregnancy test.
A blood pregnancy test is much more accurate and reliable than a urine test. They can pick up a positive pregnancy only 6-8 days from conception! They cost about $30, unless you have insurance. You can get one done at your local health department, clinic, or doctors office, and they results should be in about 30 minutes.
Good luck!

Yes! Wait until after you have missed your period that way you will get the most accurate reading.Use your morning urine( your first pee) it has the highest level of the( hcg ) the pregnancy hormone.I tested early 6/28 and it was negative ,my next period is also due 7/4 ! I'm going to wait until 7/5! Good luck &lots of baby dust!!!!!blueland28

Pls, you should go for pregnancy test without wasting time if you don't see your period by 4th July, maybe other infectious disease could be responsible due to brownish discharge.I feel you should have the following changes on your body if you pregnant;breast enlargement, weakness of the body.

It sounds likely that you are pregnant. If you want the earliest possible results (and don't mind repeating the test if necessary), then 2 days after implantation *may* work if you use the most accurate test. If you want the most *accurate* test, wait until a week days after implantation.

I think you should first wait & see if you get your period if you don't get it for about a week then get a test, if you don't want to pay for those expensive pregnancy test go to a free clinic or even get those cheap test that are like $7 they do work.

Pregnancy and getting your period have very similar symptoms. The best thing to do is wait until your period is late & then test.

That does not sound like a pregnancy to me. You need to have a doctor check this out just to be on the safe side.

Odd that you can give yourself an ultrasound.
But, I don't think that you're pregnant. All basically signs of a period - the end of it.
