refinishing cement stairs?

i have paint on them and cant seem to fin dinfo ono refinishing my front stairs

strip paint off if they are cracked use hydrolic cement to patch then use special paint at lowes

if you have paint on them you should power wash them to clean the paint off if you mean refinish or do you mean repair either way you will have to score or ruff up the surface so the new cement will adhere.
