some strip clubs give lessons, all the girls there have an instructor, so go and ask if they give lessons if not ask one of the dancers (?) for the number of her instructor. or just ask one of them to teach you.

I advise you to get a video and learn from there.
It is a lot of fun and you can even have a pole installed in your bedroom. I have a friend how did and her husband just loves it and so does she. She got into really good shape learning to do the pole dancing moves.
