Texas does not require blood tests or other medical records to get married but you will need a marriage license. Plan ahead but not too far ahead -- there's a 72 hour waiting period and your Texas marriage license expires in 30 days. It takes about an hour to wait in line at the County Clerk's Office, fill out a marriage license application, and pay the clerk. You'll have to bring about $100 in cash (CASH) and know your social security number and bring identification (for each person): certified copy of birth certificate; or valid driver's license or other acceptable I.D. issued by the state, another state, the United States, or a foreign government.
Then - it's off the the JP:
Harris County of: Justice of the Peace PCT 5-Pos 2 - 0.6 miles S - Houston, 77002 - (281) 463-2341
Harris County Justice of Peace - 0.3 miles SE - 1302 Preston St # 103, Houston, 77002 - (713) 755-5125
Harris County Justice of Peace - 7.7 miles NW - 7300 N Shepherd Dr # 138, Houston, 77091 - (713) 697-1224
Good luck!
