That's kind of a sad question. Why do you want guys to notice your boobs instead of YOU? The women I know who are generously endowed say they are really sick of guys holding conversations with their chests. I'd rather have a guy gaze into my eyes that leer at my cleavage. But each to their own!

Um..guess what, your boobs are noticable without doing ANYTHING. It's called NATURE.
Be proud of what you HAVE, and be what and who you are, let the REAL girl shine through, never mind pretending or trying to be noticed. IF you have a nice smile, wear reasonably nice clothing, stay well groomed, and act NORMALLY, you will be noticed.
Men love women just as they ARE...natural.

You can wear push up bras, low cut top and apply some loose golden powder on your cleavage. It has a very good glittering effect and leaves your boobs quite noticeable........

Some bra's are great for the busty look,, wonderbra's or pullcord bras can be flattering. Exercise is my choice and I have been told several times that I have beautiful ones! Lastly like them yourself and have confidence in what and who you are! I bet that there is alot more to you than boobs!

and Who Told you That Every Men Like Noticeable boobs? or huge boobs
I perfer Flat Chest Girls ... nothing wrong with that.
Even My gf flat Chested ... She always asking me do i look a bad to you cuz i don't have normal boobs and always feels Shy when i touch them , but after weeks She get used to it and happy now.
Trust me , nothing wrong with that .

wear a shirt that says "Look at my boobs".
Or wear nothing. I'd look at them if they were pointing at me. Who wouldn't?
But you should do the shirt thing. Shirts with writing will get people to look at your boobs as thats where the writing is usually located.

hey girl i think you should wear a patted pushup bra and wear spaggeti strapped shirts and tight ones around the chest to make em seem bigger and rounder and you will get plenty of attention
trust me i do it all the time and guys are always hitting on me!!!
