Figured it out on my own...its off of Cable Guy where Steven called the police on the satelite dish....but thanks anyway guys!

Quite right about Fight Club one of the finest movies ever made Brads best by a mile but i do believe the line was also used in Terminator 2 when John Connor said it at the Cyberdine offices to which Arnold asked how many and the reply was "all of them i think" and carnage ensues

that's quite a common phrase, if it's misquoted as cops instead of police it could well be from the movie Fight Club said by Helena Bonham Carter playing Marla when she tries to overdose.
