While I was away for two weeks for work my wife decides to leave me. So I come home to an empty house. She gives me a long list of reasons she left. Most of them I am able to counter. Then she says that she is leaving because our two year old daugher says, "daddy touched my butt". My wife then assumes that I molested her, and does not believe me when I say it is not true. I would never do such a thing! I am 1000% innocent! I still have not seen my daughter ever since. I know within my heart I have done nothing wrong, but my wife says that "child pedifiles" have no rights to see their victims. I am at a loss on what to do. I know I have every right to see my daugher especally when I know I did nothing wrong! I need some serious advice!

Get a lawyer. Find a way to get your daughter checked out. They have ways of knowing if she has been molested.

Didnt she call the police and childrens services??? I speak for many people when I say that if someone molested my kid I would call the cops and have the monster put in jail: for starters. Get an attorney asap. Tell the atty everything. He/she can file papers to get you visitation. Be warned that if she is going to continue on, she will put up a big fuss at that point. Also talk with your atty about your options...such as demanding through the court that the child be tested for signs of molestation. Take a polygraph test (cost varies $700-1500). Lastly, again **dont make a move without an atty**, but you could call family services and tell them that the situation and tell them that though you didnt do it, you want your little girl tested and make sure she wasnt touched by anyone. The truth does come out. It may take a while but it will. Just an FYI, molesters can and usually do get their children back. They usually have to go through their punishmnet (jail or whatever), then counseling, then supervised visits, and eventually unsupervised, then unsupervised overnights. Welcome to America......

oh my goodness that's horrible. the sad thing is that once she goes out labeling you as a child molester that's not something people will forget. is there a chance she is saying that just to hurt you?? if she was you could probably charge her with slander but at this point it's just your word against hers. i know that there are counselors out there that deal with children who actually have been molested and they manage to get the child to talk......even though it's not fair, if you can't get through to your wife any other way perhaps you should suggest taking your daughter to one of those counselors to prove your innocence. also she should know that kids say the strangest things! kids lie too! i mean if i ask my son if he wants a new mommy he doesn't know what i'm talking about and he says "yes mom" and i'll say do you want to live outside? and he says "yes mom" ...i mean my point here is that kids say whatever they want! what if you were giving your daughter a bath and you washed her body and your daughter said "daddy touched my body in the bathroom" i mean geez...... i am so sorry. i hope my little bit of advice helps. keep your family close for support and get a lawyer. document EVERYTHING your wife says!!

She knows damn well you didn't molest your daughter, but obviously she hates you enough to use this opportunity (what your daughter may or may not have said) to have a good excuse to not only leave you, but to sever you from her daughter's life as well. She has the perfect excuse in her eyes to take you for all you're worth. Even though she knows it's a lie. Get a lawyer pronto. You can still get rights to see your child while the divorce is being settled.

Frist get a lawyer, second take a polygraph , third run a check on your wife because she be using this to make sure she gets the kids and to find out if she is seeing someone and thinks this might get the divorce faster and get more child. Now if you did do something wrong to daugther I hope they throw the book at and they put you on the sex offenders list.

Try talking to her again if that fails get a lawyer.
If you did molest your daughter, you should get a really nice big cooler from Walmart cuz there is a special place for you in hell.
I'll assume your telling the truth. So get a lawyer, buy a helmut and prepare for legal fees. It'll be worth it to get her back.

Get a good lawyer even if you have to go into debt. And keep your mouth shut to everyone else. This is a serious matter, if you are found Innocent you should counter sue.

Take a polygraph test since you said your innocent i do not see why you should not besides that will become your biggest prove again your wife and you will get your child back... and after that get yourself a lawyer and fight for your daughter!

I believe you and I feel sorry for you. Women do that to get at their husband and get custody, child support, and the house. It works for them many times, because lawyer feel sorry for women and sometime exchange sex with them.
