cut out sugar, refined processed foods, carbonated beverages, sodium and increase protein intake. Drink lots of water to help flush out toxins and fat, as well.
As for exercise, running 30 minutes a day along with doing crunches and ab-work will slim down your waist fast!
I know this sounds like a lot and sounds difficult, but if you stick with it, you'll see results. I've seen the quickest results by doing this. I've tried everything and anything in between, hoping that I'd find something easier and more effective, but I didn't.
I also, allow myself one "naughty" food a week, so I don't end up binging and missing those bad foods.

I have tried everything out there and I deff. think that running (cardio) everyday works! Also try eating less calories. Don't consider it a diet because then you won't stay on it as long. Just make switches Ex. Regular soda to diet soda, or Chocolate cake to berries with chocolate whip cream.

step away from the computer... go to a gym.... and look at food as fuel..... eat salmon, chicken, and light veggies and fruits... stay away from DIET COKE or any sugar drink.... DRINK WATER and lots of it.... when 1st going on a diet drink about a gallon a day for about 4 days... yes you will kind gain some water lbs but it will flush your system. and you will begin to feel better. losing weight in a week is not a long term weight loss....

drink a lot of water if fills u up eat high fibre rich foods as they provide a feeling of fulness and u wont over eat for example brown bread do a lot of cardio exercise like brisk walking and running to slim ur thighs and waist and drink lemon in ur water as it helps burn fat

dancing is good exercise and go on a diet but dont go starving eat salads vegetables and go on a website where they have low carb diets

Exercise and if you enjoy sweet treats try to have a bit each day, you do not have to eat a slab of choc to taste it you need a block...
