.....My husband and I are both smokers. He works, and I stay home and do the housework. My husband smokes a lot and it irritates me because when I go to get a cigarette, they are all gone or there is only a couple left. When I confront him about it he gets mad and says, "I bought them with MY money and I'll smoke as many as I want." It's bad enough the gas proces are so high, we can't keep buying cigarettes. I told him that I would have my Dad buy me cigarettes and he can smoke his and I'll smoke mine, but he won't let me do that. What should I do? I really need a cigarette!

When do you need permission to do something? You are of age, your husband CAN'T tell you where or who you can get money from. Don't tell hubby when you get money buy YOUR cigs and hide them. If he keeps bringing up the fact it's HIS money so then everything you are cleaning and taking care of is his then let HIM take care and clean his own stuff. You also work for a man who doesn't pay you. Cleaning and picking up after him is NOT a requirement when you get married. Hide YOUR cigs, when he runs out to bad for him.

well one way is to STOP smoking and you wont have this problem and 2 you could move in with a brother or sister 4 a few days and let him have to all the house work and then he'll see that there is a reason he needs you and then he might loosen up a little bit

if you don't have children go get a part time job during the hrs he works just enough to buy yourself a carton and for your own spending money. if you don't wanna do that then just don't do anything around the house and tell him that you don't have any cig. so you can't do anything productive without that cigarette. or you could quit.

i would let your dad buy you cigarettes then i would stash them and smoke your husband while he at home then when he leave to go to work and you dont have any then smoke the one your dad brought you

well first of all do you get the bill and grocery money or does he pay all the bills himself and buy all the groceries
pay yourself buy your own cigarettes and hide the hell out of them you deserve it and just because he works outside the house who does he thinks cooks and cleans for him has his clothes cleaned and goes to bed with him at night hmmmm
