I used the cheaper distilled vinegar for a toenail fungus. Apply it to toenail once or twice a day. I did it for about 8-9 months. It takes about a year for a new toenail to grow out but it grew back beautiful and healthy.

ACV is great for acne prone skin. Dilute it with water 50:50, stronger or milder depending on how you like it. Wash face normally then spash it on face a few times. Once dry it has no odor. Helps keep some acne breakouts in check.

Cleaning! Martha Stewart says I should use it and some table salt to clean my cast iron fry pans. Soap & water causes them to rust. Place some salt and vinegar in the pan & heat. The reaction is like scrubbing bubbles. Then wipe the surface with paper towels clean. Add a liitle coat of cooking oil to season the pan and keep it non stick. Vinegar works well on glass too.

Oil and vinegar on a salad. But not your run of the mill white vinegar, it's too harsh. I like German brand vinegar because they are milder.
