what do you mean by connect? like use it as a controller? no, not yet, but playstation said at e3 that it will be possible in the future (as well as with ps3) to do a lot with it. But you can get bonus levels, and different things if you connect your psp socom, to your ps2 socom 3, i can't remember how though (i dont have them so i didn't care) but in that sence, yes some games can "connect" with one-another.

yup theres a special cord u can buy like the gamecube to gba thing
