I live abroad. All of my family (except my wife) live 'back home'. So depending on how you look at it, yes. All of my family live in a different country than me.

It sucks sometimes but we keep in touch however possible...

Yes, My husband has family in Viet Nam and in Switzerland. So far away, My children have never met most of their cousins, aunts and uncles, They never met their grandmother before she passed away as the cost is so high, Especially for a family of 6. I feel so bad that they never met or will meet most of my husbands family in person. We do the mail picture routine but just not the same, It is really sad that my husband can't go home much either due to cost and we have to maintain here as well, He has such a large family and they all miss each other so very much, My husband was unable to be home with his mother before she passed or for the funeral, I just wish there was something we could do because with the death of my own mother very recently, I have come to realize that time is much shorter than we all think!

I married a foreigner... so half of our family lived abroad.
Now we moved to China, and half of our family is still abroad.
it will be impossible to all be together.
Sadly, my son is now abroad too.
