Its freakin sweet!...although i only have one complaint, the spidy symbol on his chest doesn't change at all in the black costume, but in the comics it changed dramaticly making the black costume 500 times cooler.

The trailer looks great. The brief look at the sandman effects look tremendous! This movie looks like it could be as good as the other two.
