'To close a free Hotmail account, sign in to Hotmail using the account. Click Help, and then follow the instructions in the topic named "Close your MSN Hotmail account."
To cancel an MSN Hotmail Extra Storage account or other MSN subscription, go to MSN Billing. '
Apparently it will also be closed after a period of inactivity (1 month? 2 months?).

This is an easy answer. as long as you don't have a contract that states that you must be with them for a certain amount of time. you can cancel with a simple phone call. If that does'nt work-- try calling the better business bureau. I called on A.T.& T. They fixed it immediatly. Go for it .

if i were u i would just make a new one ....i dont know any logica reaso to try to remove it....or you can stop opening it for 60 days

go to yahoo.com, and type hotmail but not with a .com on it then when you find hotmail.com delete or block it.
