dont just blame rooney, the whole team has been dissapointing at the world cup. he has a lot to learn still and this might teach him a lesson.

Wayne Rooney is not a disgrace, yes he will be forgiven, of course he should be included in further games. The only people who will cause him problem`s are the few moron`s that believe he meant to stomp on him, and if he was that badly injured how could he carry on playing a couple of minutes later, anyway I believe Wayne was sent off for the push on cry baby

The fact is rooney has always had a temper...it may not be a good thing but its part of his game and helps him make the impact he does agressivly pushing forward...plus the guy aint small and pretty strong...answering the question tho ronaldo was at fault not rooney ..iknow he shouldnt have pushed him but ronaldo apparently headbutted rooney b4 the game was that right??....ronaldo cheated the whole game thru and helped a good team get knocked out because of his dishonest unsportmanlike approach to the game...getting brought down from both side then having ronaldo lecture u about it after running to the ref to get rooney carded for diving isnt right...rooney was trying to get ronaldo away ...wrong way to do it tho! there is no way a talented world class player like rooney can be left out of the england set up!!

No. Yes. Yes
It wouldn't have even happened if he wasn't being tackled form both sides. The ref should have stopped it before it got that far.
And after that performance Ronaldo will probably be battered -->hopefully by Rooney and probably England fans. He had it in for Rooney since the beginning, the headbutt, the comments, the wink and smirk>? Hes certainly going down....way down
His looks has nothing to do with it anyways. How can you even talk The Boot? For all we know you could be the ugliest person we have ever met. Does that mean you should be kicked off the site? Think !

There should be an action taken against Rooney but not a strict one . He must forgiven and allowed to be played in the future matches

The question of whether he is a disgrace or not should not arise. Personally, I think, the most Rooney should get was a yellow card. Red card was a little harsh against that soft push.

Rooney was provoked, no he is not a disgrace, Ronaldo is for winding him up so badly before and during the game, they had to rely on poor sportsmanship to win the game, cowards.

Not a disgrace - just a bit of a **** :)
It's a shame he did what he did - but I think he should definately play in the upcoming games! When he got kicked out I was like aaawww...
But I'm still a bit upset that England lost, though.

He should be put in a cage with Ronaldo and only one allowed to walk out alive. That'd be Rooney, which means he would continue to stink up pitches for awhile, but the upside is we would be rid of one of the UGLIEST footballets.
