Change of your diet could possibly help. Check out super foods, which have high anti-inflammatory qualities and help to eliminate toxins inside the body. Only treating acne topically will probably not help long term.

get a wash i use spectro gel or it may not be acne it could be infection in your hair follicles from a form of eczema spectro works great for this or use a tar based shampoo as a body wash like Medi Dan it is a good one, Nizoral, Poly tar i like medi dan the best it also works for psoriasis. but spectro was given to my daughter for her arms for the infection of the hair follicles also a good make up remover.

Order proactive. They have it for your face & for your body. It works great. Plus, you can get their skinlightening cream for the blackness. I used it on spots on my face, after 2 months, they were practically gone.
