Wasn't Rooney or Owen, Crouch played crap and oh yeah Walcott didn't play so does that answer your question. Isn't Ledley King a defender. Thanks for the 2 points.

NONE.:) The whole team did not show up the whole tournament. Paraguay game was won by an own goal. Against attacking Sweden who thought before the game they needed a must win, they could not even preserve a wine. Trinidad game could have even been written as a loss in their column. Ecuador game one shot, one goal. They had a sorry performance. I like the British team but they never play good in big competitions.

If you think about it Walcott had a great World cup.
He got paid to see every England game from the edge of the pitch. Had a nice holiday and no pressure because he knew there was no chance he was going to get picked.
I wish someone would pay for a holiday for me like that.

None of the players can claim to have had a good world cup, the only thing they manged was to beat the rush for flights home before the final.

Well Crouch was the only striker that scored for us - but the answer is none of them - they all had a poor world cup for one reason or another.

None of em. I reckon they both had a boring World Cup. Like all of us they had to watch a bunch of overpaid lazy b@st@rds!!!
Nobody enjoys doing that.
