So usually on the weekend early in the morning the power in our 2nd bedroom which is being used as a computer room (2pcs) RESETS itself. I hear the power go off and right back on again, ONLY in this room though, the fuse does not flick off and it only happens on the weekends, Why is this happening? We have never had this problem. Everything that is plugged in has been plugged in for 5 years with no outages unless there was a storm.

Any ideas? And NO my house is not haunted!

If its just the computer, and your using a multi plug, change it- if its the entire room, lights etc, it could be a weak breaker,

again scary that your asking this and not much info to go on. First off you dont know exactly if your power went out it seems. You say you hear it go off then on when your in another room. well if you believe that is happening(I for one am not convinced). How is your pc turning back on? OR did it ever go off and maybe you might have imagined all this? Is ANYTHING actually still off when you go back in the room? Something you have to turn on?
If indeed you do have to turn some things back on, and nothing else in the house is off, then you may have a major problem, if its just one outlet or quad or whatever your using, then you may have a loose connection either in a specific cord, or even the wall outlet itself. That being said, any such bad connection will cause arcing, and then more arcing which will create heat and eventually start somethign burning,,,, so again I would have someone who knows, about these things check it out! B4 your house burns down!

Sounds too much like a coincidince , It sounds like an intermittant connection that needs to be corrected . If you know nothing about electricity I would take the other dudes advice and hire an electrician .
