because they arent smart enough to research the answer on their own, so they let us do it for them, and reward us with points and the satisfaction of answering another stupid persons dumb questions.
they also arent smart anough to look at the same questions that were asked before theirs, and get their answer from that.
they feel the uncontrollable urge to ask it anyway. in their own words.
but if i do recall, this question has been asked so many times before.....
