My friends first boyfriend's, girlfriend broke his arm and comitted suicide. His mom comitted suicide and then he did. She watched him die. What can i do or say to my friend that will make her feel better? I don't want her to do the same.
I'm scared, I dont know where else to turn. She cried and I could't say anything. The first thing that came to my mind was, this is a joke right and I smiled. Then, tears went down her cheeks and i then noticed she wasn't fooling. I got scared...
I'm confused... I don't know what to do...
Help me, help her...

There is absolutely nothing to say to her to make her feel better~ and anything you do say, will sound superficial
What I needed during a similar experience was just someone to be there~ to have a shoulder to cry on ~ a listening ear~ someone to cry with~ someone to be my anchor to the world
She will go through the stages of death which is something you should know and that is
1-denial
2-anger
3-hopelessness
4-acceptance

She needs professional help sweety ,there is not much anyone can say to make someone in this situation feel any better. But just being by her side and watching over her is more then enough. she needs to be around HER family now ,even when it seems like she doesn't have much left.

Strongly encourage all those involved to seek help in dealing with their feelings immediately..........including yourself!
