Fertilizer and water.
I have had the same problem myself with lemon trees.
The good news is that the following year I had lemons again!

Limes will produce perfectly well with just one tree.I am in Florida and many of my friends and neighbors have only one lime tree that all produce vigrously..Your problem is citris needs alot of sun, and you are growing it indoors..it will not produce without 8 hours or more of sun daily..You are getting blossom drop

Try pruning the tree and try sprinkling a little bit of fertilizer on the soil around the roots.
