My friend wants me to ask this question becuase she's worried that she might be too big. She's 5'3, and in a B cup. Is this normal? What is the normal size for a 13 year old girl in America? Please answer.

I don't know about the normal size for a 13 year old girl but a B cup is the normal size cup in america, I do belive. Tell your friend not to worry. Whatever size she is, its right for her.
According to the below site, C is now the average size. Mine weren't a B when I was 13. Mine didn't really "bust" out until halfway through highschool. I wear a D now, which really is not very big. Not as big as people think anyway. You hear D, and you think huge, but they aren't. Boobs suck anyway, as you will learn later on in life, they are a pain in the chest.

I don't know what's "average," but at 13 I was already in a C-cup. These days I'm a DD, and 5'2". I'm also very fit and active. It was hard being the biggest-chested teen in my class, especially at first. I had to start wearing a bra when I was 10, and boy, did I take some heat for that! By the time I hit high school, it had turned around, and then most girls were jealous. Now I'm in my late 30's, and I wouldn't change it. I wish they made better lingerie in my size, but that's about the only draw-back. Tell your friend not to worry. She'll have her pick of the guys. And as long as she's fit & exercizes regularly, it's the best kind of fat to have!

Normal is quite frankly whatever nature gives you and teenagers, not only grow at different rates, but your breasts may go up and down in size for several years.
I was a C cup at 12 and was only 5'1" and 97lbs! Funny thing is, I'm still a C cup and I'm still the same height but I weigh significantly more.
I just grew earlier than most.
A B cup is fine even though she probably gets more attention than she may want.
A D cup is big, unless a woman has extra fat.
Her mom is probably the best resource as she'll have a better idea of family genetics.

Hiya, Breasts grow naturally, you cant make them grow bigger or smaller by any other means (apart from cosmetic surgery) Its just natural her breasts have grown that big, I was particularly small at that age and still am unfortunately, I think average cup size for an adolescent girl of 13 would be 32AA, 32A+ The breasts size can also vary from the amount of body fat and height, my friend is quite large now, and her breasts got larger with her.. Im not suggesting that about your daughter though (Just explaining some factors) Just hope for her sake they don't get any bigger, however nice they may seem to others, it can cause discomfort.

The size varies from person to person depending upon the type of diet you take, some genitic factors. All this is natural. Donot get hassled about these things. Pay full attention to your studies. And do well. The size is not the only consideration. Life is much beyond that. So dont worry and be happy. Do good exercise and feel good.

It all depends on your genetics, what you eat, your lifestyle. I would say a B cup at 13 is normal.

im 13 and dont even wear cups! well i do wear one but it is a large not and actuale a b c or d

I think that's average, because my friend is 5'3 and has a B cup.
And my friend who is 5'4 is a B cup too.. but I'm 5'4 and an A.
I think A's and B's, are good.

i had C cups when i was 13, lucky me :D
but a A cup and B cup are pretty average
