I don't know if there is a phrase but they always paint the image of crazy, lots of cats, single and by herself talking to her cats.

Are you talking about the crazy cat lady stereotype? Because if you are, rest assured that you only approach crazy cat lady status when you're living with a very large number of cats. Other than that, I don't know what you'd be referring to.

People have referred to me as just an old, fat cat lady, but I am so much more than that, and when people get to know me, most like me a lot.

We have three "mad cat ladies" around my area. They are sweet, they go around feeding all the wandering cats, and housing homeless ones, they are a bit hard to talk to though. Sweet people!
