No dirt --- DNA is made of 2 strands (a double helix) one strand from the mother and one from the father and each generation is separated (within our DNA) If you studied any ones DNA (anyone in the world - meaning we can all be traced back to the same person) it is traced back to the oldest tribe in Africa - so old that they were around before language was even invented. So they spoke "click" - I'm sure you have heard of a tribe that "clicks" instead of actual words?? They were the first people and we are all related to them.
Others believe in Adam and Eve or whatever but those of us who are educated know the truth (however there are people who believe that Adam and Eve were from that tribe)

unfortunately you are asking what many have asked over the ages. A scientific proof for something that has no science. "bible bangers" are standing on something called "faith". This is where everyone has to draw their line in the sand. You either believe in what is written (in whatever religeon you chose to read on) based on faith, or you demand proof.
However, your question is kind of backwards. DNA is the basic building blocks of organic composition. These are composed of the elements of our periodic table. To find things in DNA you have to look at things as simplistic as basic elements. Hydrogen and Carbon are the basic buiding blocks of all organic matter.
Dirt however is a very complex composition composed of many things. Some elemental, some organic. There is DNA in dirt. Some of it could quite possibly be from Human sources.
So, to restate your question; is there dirt in DNA? the answer would be no. Is there DNA in dirt? YES!

Your question is not structured correctly and demonstrates a basic lack of understanding of your own question
You mean to ask if there is any DNA in dirt, not dirt in DNA
Obviously you do not understand what DNA is ,
What is dirt anyway?
Dirt "can" contain DNA,
HOWEVER God does not need DNA to create his wishes, he is God
You on the other hand, are a dummy in need of some basic education.
Lose your bible thumpers and this internet junk and go to a library for a week ,you'd be amazed at what you can learn.

There are plenty of organic materials, as well as trace elements, in "dirt".
If God is all-powerful, He could easily have removed the organic matter atom-by-atom and reassembled them into a person. The trace elements in dirt could also come in handy.
So, you are working with a different set of assumptions than the "Bible bangers". And neither set of assumptions can be proved true or false.
So ... let it go.

Interesting question. I've said it before...the Bible is a story. Coming from a Catholic, my point of view is interesting as well. Religious people such as my self believe that god created all...his creations go way back beyond the "making" of humans. Although Catholic, I believe that through Gods helping hand evolution took place and eventually human beings were born. I believe when the Bible says that humans were made from dirt is to be taken more symbolically than literally. In other words...think of the symbolism of the verse, versus the literalness of it. When people understand how we are supposed to read the bible and understand its contents it will be easier to understand.

God didn't "make" man, he created man. Woman was then created from a rib bone, taken from man. Man was created from elements from the earth and then God breathed life into man. When you think of how complex and wonderful the human body is, it is easy to understand that we could only have been created by a "higher power" than ourselves.

All things are made of molecules, all molecules are made of atoms, all atoms are energy, all energy is existance. So in those terms we are the same as dirt.
