It is sickening!
I live in USA and work very hard and always have for everything I own.
Then I look at these scum bags that suck money out of the system. They go to welfare and charities then turn around and sell thier food stamps for drugs.
I'm 38 now and have had friends in school that were raised with parents on welfare. Allot of these people are now on wealfare themselves. It is a learned thing. Have a kid get a raise. Ect...
Disgusting!

Wow I wish I had your ideals when I was 15 working in a bakery fulltime after school, then when I went to college working as a waitress in two places, then going to work for three of the fortune 100 companies in various capacities where I work about 55 - 60 hours a week. Maybe it's not Americans that are lazy, maybe it's just you?

Because you have the Chinese slaving for you, you are a bunch of lazy young kids, that your parents thought they were doing the right thing by letting the d-care raise you and giving you everything, instead of making you work for stuff and no it's not your right, don't worry with globalization you will get off your *** and work are live on the street, mom and daddy will not live forever

You must be in New Orleans and I resent the fact you are using Mexicans as slaves

Perhaps it is because the people of the United States work longer hours than any other country so we're more worn out after work. I don't think that excuses general rudeness in relation to laziness...but it might be a cause.

I would like to think I am not lazy. I work full time with overtime shifts and I have a baby to take care of. However, SOME Americans are lazy, and yes, I do think that SOME believe it is their right. It bothers me, but I am proud of who I am and at least I have something to show for.

If you have to use Hispanic workers, then that is because you aren't willing to pay a decent wage. Who do you think you are fooling. If you think that americans are so lazy, you need to take a drive through the country and learn to appreciated a few things.
Like where your food came from, how oil got pumped to make gasoline available to you, how you automobile was manufactured(you probably don't buy American though), who hauls your trash away so you don't have to deal with it yourself, etc.

I think you should speck for yourself only. I am not lazy, But i do know people i consider lazy, what do you consider lazy? people who's homes are a mess, and need cleaning. People who drive there children to school 6 blocks rather than walk with them? people who drive across town to there job, and then go for a 5 mile run every night?I think we are a wasteful, people.and not at all deserving of this mother earth.

I don't think americans have the market cornered on laziness, it's prevalent in all societies of affluence. We live in a rich society of instant gratification and ease. The more we all live it the less we want to do.

I'm not lazy and my fiancee isn't lazy- in fact he is the hardest worker of all. You must be the lazy one... maybe you should get a job or something and quit accusing others of your sloppiness.

I know I work very hard! It is not about Americans though. Some people simply have no work ethic, no ethics at all come to think of it!
