I have these dreams all the time. Although mine work a little different. Mine usually predict 3 to 6 months out, but sometimes sooner. The meditation and breathing will only help you all the way around. Do you keep a dream journal? These help tremendously to help you keep track of what's going on. Keep a note book by your bed and write down everything that you remember upon waking. Also, to enhance there are a number of things to use. Crystals such as amethyst and quartz are excellent and also easy to obtain and a lot of incenses' are easy to get too. Good luck and happy dreaming :)

I'm not sure - I'm not being cheeky, I'm being honest!
I often have very very vivid deja-vu (so vivid it makes my head swim, sometimes) and I think that sometimes these little scenes are things I've dreamed years before, as I often have dreams that make no sense because they are just people I don't know, chatting or whatever. I think that the deju-vu I get is when these things happen in actuality.
If this is somekind of psychic ability I'd be very interested to learn! I do know that I almost always know who is calling on the phone before I pick it up (and no, not because of caller ID, all you sceptics out there) and I've often got a song stuck in my head (really really random ones, not anything that's regularly on the radio or popular - like an old eighties song, or a nursery rhyme, or something like that) and someone else will start singing it, or vice versa.

Well in a sense its like a connection. Ive had the same happen to me in my case it was with the death of my grandmother. It is a type of phychic abilities I call it a hyper sense of Intuition. I also do the breathing and meditation exercises and I've found that yes my senses are developing more. At times you can control but not always. It comes at times like an old black and white movie, pictures, dreams and such. Dream books are not always accurate for everyone. My grandma taught me that dreams are different for every "tribe" or family. What I've done is write down my dreams and with time I've learned to interpret them. Example for me dreaming with fish means someone in my family is having a baby.
I hope this helps some any further questions I would be glad to help.

I have had some recurring dreams or premonitions about 3 of my dogs. I ignored them and the dogs died in one way or another. The next recurring dream I had was about a girl I give riding lessons to dying from a horse accident at her friends. Because of the dog dreams I took the horse accident seriously and warned the girl's mother. There was a ride planned for the next day at the friends. The ride was canceled and I haven't had any such warnings about her since. I am a Christian and I believe that the Lord was giving me the warnings, and if the dogs were only so I would listen about my friend, I am glad. So now when I get repeated warnings about any of my dogs I listen. And I will also listen when I get warnings about other things too, so far none yet.

All of the time, my problem, they seem to be coded and I have to work on interputating them. I usually get it and take care of what ever it was about. Sometimes I have failed and I see the dream all over again and realize what signal I missed. I write all of these dreams down in a book, sometimes they don't come to pass for years, but sure enough I can go back and read about a dream 2 yrs ago and see how it all played out in real life.
Sometimes in the middle of the day I get so tired I can't function and I will lay down for a nap and sure enough one comes and I feel as if I was made sleepy so this dream could come.

All of the females in my family take this kind of thing for granted. We have all experienced it throughout our lives.
A little over a year ago, I heard the Luther Vandross song "Dance with my Father". Well my husband had passed away five years ago and it really struck a chord with me. That night, I dreamed that my husband and I were dancing together in the livingroom. When I woke up, it had felt so real that there were tears down my face, but I told myself it was only a nice dream.
A few hours later, my daughter called me and and said, "Mom, daddy visited me last night and told me to give you a message, but it doesn't make sense... He said to tell you, "It wasn't a dream, I danced with you."
When the space shuttle exploded and chunks were falling all over Texas, I had a dream a couple days before. I didn't know what was going to happen but I knew it was going to be big, and soon. I called all of my family in Texas and told them all to stay indoors if at all possible over the next few days.
There are hundreds of stories just like this between all the women of my family.... My Grandmother always said it was the slavic blood in us.

I have same thing hence gypsygirl cannot control when or how and most annoying and scary at times. dreams are very symbolic and just as simple as that you are each individual in dream mostly times.. it represents what is going on in ur life.for normal ppl they call this shining.. what we go thru.. it is a intuitive power some say thru ancestors Indian ways or psychic . it is weird when u look at person and get the feeling like u know what is going to happen or seen them before in a dream from yrs or long ago.. premonitions all that is in that phenomena learn about it research it look into paranormal go from there.

I dreamed that I was told that my mother was going to die in 3 days. I blew it off as "just a dream". She died 3 days later.
There seems to be more and more psychic phenomena happening these days, perhaps more visible as the possibility of its existence becomes more accepted by society.
There is a plethora of information out there on the internet on how to enhance your capabilites.

I have always known it to be preminition. It's sometimes (also) when you do something in your life, and you think "WOW!" I've done this before. It would have happened in a dream maybe a year or so before, although it is exactly what you just went through.

It happens to me all the time. God warns me through dreams about a lot of issues in my life and the lives of other in my family. I make a lot of decisions based on the revelation that I have while sleeping.
