CLEAN!
Wash your face with a gentle, oil- and fragrance-free cleanser; preferably a nondetergent one labeled pH balanced.
If you have oily skin all over your face, use a cleanser that contains benzoil peroxide or salicylic acid.
Don't scrub - irritated skin swells around the pores, which can cause breakouts.
Skip toner unless your face is very oily, otherwise it might dry out the skin.
TREAT!
Apply a topical acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid over your entire face, not just where blemishes have already erupted.
At night, use a drying spot-treatment product and dab oil-free moisturizer on dry areas.
In the morning, apply an oil-free sunscreen gel over the entire face.
CONCEAL!
Use a small makeup brush to dab concealer or cream foundation (in the exact same shade as your skin) directly onto the blemish. Use a fingertip to wipe away excess concealer around the blemish and, if necessary, apply another coat of concealer.
If the makeup becomes cakey, carefully wipe it off and start over. gently brush powder (in the exact same shade as your skin) on top of the concealer.
Tricks Of The Trade:
* If you have oily skin and feel that you need toner, apply it only on the T-zone, and rinse it off afterward (leaving it on can dry the skin). Use a clay mask as often as every three days to absorb excess oil.
* To stop redness and swelling in an emergency situation (job interview, wedding), ask your doctor for a cortisone injection. It calms down a pimple almost instantly.
* If you can't get to your dermatologist (or needles make you squemish), temporarily reduce redness and swelling by dabbing on a drop of drugstore cortisone cream, Preparation H, or Vasocon-A eyedrops.

Wash your face 3 times a day. make sure you cleanse, then use an astringent, then an acne treatment gel, then moisturize. twice a week use a pore clearing scrub. And check into a acne treatment facial. they range from $30-$40 but they use a disinfectant that can stop the out-brake. because sometimes it's more than just a clogged pore. If anything see your Dr. they can prescribe something to help

i have some proactive.. i also wash my face and then put masque on it and then i use a different find of masque to... these really do help.. you can use the mud masque first then the masque that you peel off next and keep doing this at least twice a week and your face will be clean and pimple free... i also use a face scrubbing to but i only do that about once a week...first i wash my face with clean and clear foaming cleanser,, then i sometimes use the proactive,,,then i use the mary kay there is some cheaper produts than mary kay.. but first use the cleanser on your face.. it is called clean and clear foaming cleanser.. then put a masque on that revitalizes your face then i wash that off and you use st. ives..peel off masque..and i have had good comments on my skin.. and no one can tell my true age either..proactive sometimes leaves my face red.. i do not know if it is some of the ingredients in it or what..i have also used ponds foaming cleanser and it is good too..some of my masque is bought from mary kay but they have some good masque for your face at walmart...this will help you to get rid of your pimples and keep your face youthful look...you probably do not have wrinkles yet but i started this when i was in my 20 and i have kept it up...you only use the masque once or twice a week..but use the cleanser two or three times a day....
ok first i use the clean and clear foaming cleaner to wash my face,, then i use the mary kay revitalizing masque..then i wait till that dries and wash it off.. then i use the mary kay maximum moisture masking creme.. and then i use the st.ives peel off hydroxy masque...and i use and do this about twice a week.. i use the clean and clear cleansing foam daily.. i also have used ponds foaming cleaner for the face to...and it will make you look good and like you have had your face redone...i am older than you and so you may not need all these products...but i do not get pimples and you look radiant and bright...i have some proactive but it seems to make my face red for some reason...so try some of these products.. buy just one or two at a time.. you can buy cheaper masque at walmart than mary kay products are...but i have used this for years and your face does not look as old.. no one believes i am as old as i am...so just try working on your face and spending more time for yourself and your facials and you will look great....and feel better too...

The Manfreds. The song was even called 5-4-3-2-1, which I think was very nice of them.

Here's the simplest of them all...Stop using all those products on your face...
People put way to damn many chemicals on their face, and the results are usually more acne. Here's another thought...soap is a chemical, don't use it so freaking much.
I used to have real bad acne...i stopped using all that ****, let my face alone...and POOF no more acne, haven't had a breakout since.
One final note...for those of you that wash your face with superhot water...that opens your pores..and you wonder why you get more acne. Trick is, after you're done washing in hot water...rinse in really cold water. It'll close your pores and prevent dirt and crap from getting in there...thus less acne

Acne removal is the first thing on the mind of a person suffering from acne. Acne occurs when androgen hormone increases in the body causing clogged skin pores. In the clogged skin pore the presence of bacteria forms acne.
