have you tried microsoft one care live scan?and avg antivirus (free) is also good at getting rid of these things.from grisoft.com

Start up in safe mode (f8). that way the program won't initialize and your anti-virus program should be able to get rid of it. For future use, any time a program initializes it usually cannot be deleted.
