Absolutely people learn differently, based on their individual learning styles, home environment, socio-economic background, and personal strengths and weaknesses.
To explain all the different strategies that have to be used in schools to provide adequate instruction, takes, well, several textbooks and lots of discussion. That's why teaching takes a Bachelor's Degree or higher!

1.The question of difference between boys and girls does not arise.
2.Ethnic backgrounds do not come for application at all.
3.The question of economic difference plays a certain role in the way the child learns. The need for money, the needs being satisfied by money and the society's behaviour towards the haves and havenots affects the psychology of the children. This contributes. Then the facilities available differ and this affects learning.
4.There is no common strategy to teach all of them equally. There can be none.
5.A good teacher must understand the difference in the learning ability of the students in the class and apply suitable spontaneous methods or examples to make them catch up the concept. This differs from situation to situation, subject to subject and concept to concept that is being taught.
6.So don't try to evolve a common strategy.
7.Generalisation does not always work.

Yes. People learn differently. Some are auditory learners, meaning they have to hear information to learn it. Others are visual learners, meaning they have to read or see information to learn it. Then you can look at Multiple Intelligences, Concrete/Abstract/Random/Sequential, etc. It does not matter if your are a boy or a girl, rich or poor, or Chinese or Italian. Some people just are better learners than others.
The best strategy is to teach in such a way that you reach a majority of the learners in your classroom, then make yourself available to those who need the extra help after school. By teaching to all learners, you may do a reading assignment one day, a lecture another day, a hands-on activity, show a film clip, a webquest, etc. In other words, you have to be willing to present the same information in a variety of different ways to ensure your students understand what is being taught.

I don't think the ethnicity is of much importance. Of course they might learn different things, but would not necessarily have anything to do with their ability to learn.
Learning would more be based on intelligence quotion, a persons interests, and exposure to certain elements.
Boys in their young years seem to learn at a slower pace, but catch up rapidly when nearing puberty. They don't learn differently, just different things.
To teach them equally you would have to have a general subject that all could relate to, or it would be like trying to teach the masses.
A seemingly impossible task.

everbody learns differently, it doesnt matter what sex, race or anykind of backround they are. it depends on their brain. There is no strategy to teach them all equally. you have to know how 1 single person learns, because every one learns differently. some people learn by listening, watching, doing and all kinds of different things.

I think there are many factors that account for learner differences.
I think all of the ones you mentioned are factors.
I dont think you can teach them all equally.
As for strategies, I dont really know.
