if you see it as a single individual it is huge
i dont think big is a word for it because you wouldnt get from new york to LA by bike and say it was a small path or would you

also
if we sometimes say some geographic areas such as New York or London or even your uncles 225 acre farm is big
wouldnt it be fair to call the world huge
and also if by plane you go from San Francisco to Sydney Australia in 17 hours or more
isnt that a huge amount of time considering a plane runs for a 1000 km per hour

we have a huge planet

As planets go it's a bit on the small side but it's too big to jog around in an afternoon.

That's something that is hard to put into human perspective. What we think of as "huge" (like Jupiter) may actually be small once we see what's out there in the universe to compare it to.

It is all relative. It is huge when compared to people, animals, mountains. It is just big when compared to the mooon, other smaller planets... it is small when compared to the galaxy we're in. It is tiny relative to the Universe. So relatively speaking, it's different sizes.
