i love to ware skirts.And i have this pretty green minni shirt.but its too short.i usally ware it with a pair of tite black capi legging thins.(like they wore in like the 80s.I think that its kool and retro but some of my friends think its stupid. whats your input?

As long as you are not hanging out the bottom and look nasty do what you want. Who cares what other people think.

well i would just wear it without leggings because well I'm from puertorico and umm.. I'm use to it cause its hott over there really hott even though i havent been there in a long time
i still do it when its hot but its you're style dont care what other people say be you're self i bet you look really pretty that's not my kind of style but if you feel comfortable with it wear it dont mattter

I wore them in the eighty's when they were cool, but when I see people wearing them now, I don't think it is. It probably never looked good. Put tight little shorts under it.

Wear what YOU want who cares what your friend think. If they don't like your tights idea it's because they are jealous they did'nt think of it first and that they probably can't pull off such a cute look like you can. I say purposely wear tights twice as much to piss your friends off.

i think it is just fine,, and if they do not like it,, tough.. dress the way you like and i would too..so do not worry about what others think .. we do all dress different these days.. i do not like the styles that clothes you pay good money for that already has holes in them.. sounds like a cute outfit.. go for it..and you could just wear a matching pair shorts under it kind of like the skorts they have.. my grandaughter dresses like this all the time...

i think it's pretty cool. but that's just me... way into retro and vintage. here's somethin else you could try: back in portugal, mid 1990's, some girls wore jeans with knee-lenght skirts over them. kinda weird but some of them made it work.
