The only way to do that is to let her know how you feel. That means ya simply gotta tell her.......That you're both too young...and you both should remain friends. But that you both need to expand your interests to others as well.

Well, that's kind of hard to tell you what to do... If you two have been going out for a while I think you should break up with her in person being as that you owe her that much to do so. But if you can't or you haven't been going out for a while then I would suggest phone. From my experiences either way is going to hurt like hell, but I mean you can't just keep going out with her so that she doesn't get hurt because then You get hurt. I hope I've helped and good luck.
