I'm not Filipino who has a Filipino boyfriend. He has separated for many years and he wanna marry me but I just wonder if it's against the law in the Philippines. I know that Filipino are Catholic and they can't get divorce. Am I gonna get any problem?

Yes, if your boyfriend is a Catholic. Divorce is a terrible sin for a Catholic. However, you should check to see if the first marriage can be annuled. If it cannot, you cannot marry him. Buy this book. God bless.

Not until he gets a divorce. You will probably have to go to another country to get that because of the laws in P.I.

You cant marry someone who is still married. This is called bigamy and is against the law.
