What colour tie matches ?

I'm starting my new job in a bank in a few days. I bought a light grey suit and a bit darker grey whit light blue stripes shirt. What tie goes best ? I tried a light blue tie to match the stripes but i think it's contrasting too match. If the tie would be a shade of grey i think it won't be good also. What do you think ? Is this mix of colours good if i have a bit darker tone skin ?

you should check a dark blue Tie with white stripes.

keep the light grey suit, but get a new shirt; preferably white.
this way you could buy almost any color tie, but i think you should go for a light pink, or light blue tie, with white stripes.

bring in another color -- like try white to kind of bring the look together or a dark blue tie since you have a light and dark grey and a light blue but no dark blue

with the lighter suit try a cream or a white one plain
or maybe a light green
with the darker one with stripes try a dark red or a satined brown

go with black or something with a slight pattern (and i mean SLIGHT) that reflects the colors of the shirt.
