My favorite movie is probably The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Having read 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, The Invisible Man, Dracula, Moby-Dick, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Hr. Hyde, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Tom Sawyer, and the complete Sherlock Holmes (I read too much, as you can probably tell), I was familiar with all the characters except Allan Quartermain going into it. It was really fascinating to see their interaction.

The Butterfly Effect.
Great movie about being psychotic, when you really aren't.
Also the time travel concept is always a winner in my book.

Dawn of the Dead the new version. It really creates a sense or real horror. And Does a great job portraying the "What if this really happened" questions.
