My orchid will not grow, just one new leaf in more than a year, it is inside, I fertilised and repotted.?

there could be many reasons why the orchid is not doing well. such as amount of light, amount of water, temperature, humidity. you need to give more info to answer a question like you have posted. orchids are not hard to grow with proper care there are many books that can be purchased to help you suceed in your orchid growing

Orchid is best placed outside, not under direct sun, but is not completely shaded. It's also better to lift the pot up a little bit, that the root does not touch the ground (about 3 feet above the ground is fine). Also, make sure that it gets a little bit of wind. Don't over water them either. Orchid is very, very spoiled kinda plant, but worth it when it blooms. I get all this from my dad who's been growing orchid (in Indonesia of course, the country where orchid comes from) for more than a decade. We even have the rarest orchid blooms!
